Pour uncooked rice in rice cooker bowl and wash rice
Wash rice 3-4 times until water runs a little more clear and completely drain water
Pour filtered water to 1 mark on the rice cooker. If your rice cooker does not have this indication, it is 1:1 ratio of rice to water
Cook rice
Once rice is cooked, mix in soy sauce, sugar, dashi powder and mix well
Taste test and add dash of salt if needed
Take about 1/3 of the rice and mold into onigiri triangle (you can use your hands or an onigiri mold)
